Drop redundant license_files package metadata

As of wheel 0.32.0, with the introduction of the license_files meta
directive, the default is already to include any files matching the
glob patterns 'LICEN[CS]E*', 'COPYING*', 'NOTICE*', or 'AUTHORS*'
which covers our LICENSE and AUTHORS files well, so let's simplify
and clean it up.
